High end Architecture.
The Olive Farm complex consists of two independent villas. Both were build in 2008 on top of existing Cretan buildings.
The architecture is traditional but with modern elements (hanging steel balconies, wooden pergolas). Villas have common elements like stone walls, roman tiled roofs and wooden French shutters, but each has its own character.
The exterior design was developed by BITA Architects (Official BITA Houses), and constructed by hand with no industrial parts. The properties are environment friendly and energy efficient due to the design, location and materials used.

The gardens were made from the famous local decorator Gavalas. They consist of Cretan trees, fruits and local flowers. The complex is surrounded by active olive trees.
Terraces and Verandas
Each villa has two large verandas (both private) with outdoor living and dining areas. The spaces sit on traditional stone floor and covered in wooden pergolas. The furniture and design elements are choices of Interior Designer "Stella Pissa".
Pool Areas
Each villa has a large swimming pool located in private space and overlooking the magnificent views. The pool is provided with all the required furniture under designers umbrellas.. Next to each pool we provide shower facilities.
Car Parking
With each property we provide a private parking for your car. The parking space is within the complex protected and safe.
Privacy is one of the reasons that someone chooses this type of tourism compared to Hotels.
Private Outdoors
All terraces, balconies and gardens are private for each property. You may move around your area being sure that you are alone and no one sees you.
Private Pools
Each swimming pool is located in private space with no views from other properties.
Car Parking
With each property we provide a private parking for your car. The parking space is within the complex protected and safe.
Organic Fruits and Vegetables
Local fruits, vegetables and spices are planted in your private gardens for you to enjoy.
Imagine picking your tomatoes from the back yards to make your salad, or grab a lemon from the lemon tree to add flavour.
All fruits and vegetable are organic!

Olive Farm
An Olive Farm would be nothing without Olive trees. The complex is surrounded by active olive trees. If you plan to visit during November or December you may also contribute to the olive picking and oil making.
100% organic olive oil.
Homemade meat
The complex also has a small meat farm with chicken and pigs (depending on the period). You could see the way of growing and taking care of the animals and also buy fully organic meat.
